SINUS Ltd is a manufacturer of internal combustion engine valves.
The company was established in 1949 and based in Kibbutz Massada, Israel.

SINUS brand valves are manufactured utilizing the most advanced technology available and the entire production, from the reception of the raw materials and up to the actual shipment to the customer is done under one roof top.

SINUS is consisted of the following departments: upsetting and forging, thermal treatment, machining (turning and grinding with a special-purpose machine,) friction welding including a machine for checking and inspecting for 100% quality (bi-metal,) stellite welding (PTA plasma transfer arc) and chrome plating. This means that we are capable of answering any valve requirement, be it for passenger cars, trucks, industrial engines tractors, etc.

Our raw materials are imported from Europe and the United States from the leading factories in their fields and from which we purchase only the finest steel for producing our valves.

Our quality control department leads strict standards, that is, those required by O.E.M manufacturers, the Israel Defense Forces, United States Army, high performance engines industry and the Israel Institute of standards.

Presently, SINUS manufactures approximately 13,000 different valves for the following categories presented hereunder:

• High performance racing cars for the American and European market.
• Motorcycles – American, European and Japanese.
• A very wide range of heavy duty trucks for American and European types.
• Tractors - American and European.
• Industrial engines.
• A wide range of American, European and Japanese cars.
• Special valves for tank engines and military vehicles.
• Marine engines.

Alongside to OEM grade valves SINUS research and development (R&D) engineers had developed a new generation of cutting edge unique valves.
These valves features upgraded qualities and improved technical properties using special coatings and additional technical and mechanical procedures.

• Nowadays SINUS Ltd unique valves are mainly consumed by our customers from the High Performance engines industry, Military applications engines and Heavy Duty engines industry.
• Our main clients are in the United States, Mexico, Germany, England, France, Hungary, Sweden and Finland.
• SINUS annual production capacity at present is no less then 1,000,000 units.
• Production time from reception of an order and its conformation by the factory is approximately 60-90 days and in case of emergency 2 weeks.
