SINUS Performance Series engine valve are manufactured under our strict standards to assure premium quality.



By choosing SINUS Performance Series valves you will be provided with an engine valve featuring OEM definitions or, according to your request, reshaped valve including additional mechanical processes and treatments offered by SINUS Ltd to assure long lasting valve at the highest quality possible.

In addition, our Performance Series valves are also available in several options of valve head and stem steels. The different alloys available for usage are to enable our customers a choice in order to customize the valve for top performance according to the designated application high engine technical specifications.

NIMONIC N-80A / Inconel X-751

Both Nimonic and Inconel are a part of the austenitic nickel based superalloys which main feature is their oxidation and corrosion resistance abilities.
The rich nickel composition of the Nimonic and Inconel is used by SINUS ltd for the production of the valve’s head area.
SINUS Ltd engine valves made using either the Nimonic or the Inconel superalloy are designated for engines that outputs extremely high temperatures.

STELITE PLATING ON VALVE SEAT:

Stelite alloy is a range of cobalt chromium alloys designed for wear resistance.
The stelite alloy is completely non-magnetic and displays astounding level of hardness and toughness.
SINUS Ltd uses the stelite alloy as plating on the valve’s seat in order to significantly extend the valve’s life.

JET FLOW (J.F) CUT:

The Jet Flow (J.F) cut is designated to allow better flow of gases.

SPIRAL POLISH:

SINUS Ltd uses the Spiral Polish process in order to improve the valve’s strength and break the concentric lines.
Another outcome of the Spiral Polish process is the eventual sharp clear exterior appearance.
